Overview
West Shore Bank, a full-service bank, was quickly growing in northern Michigan and needed a facility that could accommodate their expanding business. Windemuller’s partnership with general contractor Cunningham Limp ensured that this project would get done on time and on budget.
The Windemuller team utilized our design department for this design-build opportunity to help decrease costs for the customer. Our team designed and built a new electrical system that included a full building standby generator. The electrical team worked side-by-side with the communications department to integrate low voltage infrastructure, a card access system and video security system. Throughout the project, tight coordination was crucial to ensure everyone was able to get their equipment onsite properly, especially with another active construction site right next door. Thankfully, our strong relationships and open communication with our partners resulted in a successful project and a happy customer.
