Devin L. Hill

Joining the Windemuller team in 2011, Devin’s focus is on daily operations, ensuring staffing levels are maintained to provide excellence in customer service and working with the operations team to provide forecast in manpower projections for ongoing and future work. Employee development, education and training are priorities for continued growth and industry changes. As a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist and OSHA Outreach instructor, Devin works with the Safety Team ensuring policies, compliance and training to maintain a culture of safety — providing a safe and healthy work environment for all of our employees and customers. Devin is active in training, recruiting and promoting our industry, via involvement with the Associated Builders and Contractors, Builders Exchange, and as an Instructor at Northwestern Michigan College in the Construction Technologies Dept., He is an avid cyclist and duck hunter and enjoys traveling, working towards being a professional grandfather of his 11 grandchildren.
